🐎 Sizing & Customer Responsibility

The correct tree size for the horse must be known before placing an order.

We do not offer a saddle fitting service and cannot be held responsible for an incorrectly provided size.

The customer is fully responsible for:

• Having the horse properly measured

• Providing the correct specifications

• Approving the final design and details

Production is based entirely on the information confirmed by the customer.

🔁 No Returns or Exchanges

Because each saddle is custom made to order and tailored to personal preferences:

❗ Saddles are non-returnable
❗ Exchanges are not possible
❗ Refunds are not possible

This also applies if:

• An incorrect size was provided

• The saddle does not fit

• The customer changes their mind after ordering

⏳ Delivery Time

The estimated production time is 8–12 weeks.

This timeframe is an indication and may vary due to:

• Production workload

• Material availability

• Unforeseen circumstances

We cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control. A delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to cancellation or a refund.

💰 Payment Terms

A deposit of approximately 30% of the total purchase amount is required to start production.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.

Production will only begin once the deposit has been received.
